My wife and I moved here beginning of December and we have enjoyed living here so far. As many others have said it is a very quiet neighborhood and family friendly. We have reached out to management on multiple occasions for one reason or another and they have always been responsive. The unit itself is in good condition and it was as promised when we moved in. All in all I would say this is a great little community to live in!

Iâve lived here for a year and a half and couldnât be happier. The neighborhood is very clean, safe, and everyone in the community is very friendly. The management team has always done a great job communicating and been very responsive whenever I had questions.

We have lived here a year at the end of February and itâs been great. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and friendly people all around. Weâve never had any problems with anyone or anything. And we just signed another year lease. Happy to call this my first home with my family.

Nick and I have lived here going on 3 years now. Since the day we were shown our unit we have had nothing but respect for the management team, grounds keepers and maintenance. All of them respond quickly and courteously. We have encouraged family members and friends to seek out a lease with TEC. Now, have they done so, no idea. We have absolutely loved it here. When we moved in they were very kind, helped quickly and took notes during the walk through to ensure we wonât get charged for the flooring they had tot replace from the resident prior to us. They are very easy to get ahold of, and we have never had to wait for the maintenance man for more than a few hours max. They are attentive and we plan to be here a long time. The floor plan is spacious and beautiful. We are finally able to have our grandparents come over now that we have no stairs ð I would recommend this place to anyone I loved. We are happy here.

We have lived here for almost a year. We have enjoyed every minute of it. There are nice sized bedrooms, high ceilings, nice layout. We have had great communication with management. The yards are taken care of very well. It is a quiet neighborhood and close to much shopping and many restaurants. We hope to live here for a long time.

I've lived here for over a year and have no complaints. The home is nice and spacious, neighbors are quiet and friendly. The maintenance team responds quickly, usually same day or within a day, of request and resolves issues quickly, again usually same day or within a day. I enjoy living here and get what I pay for. Would recommend.
